Perfect for a larger group of 80 to 300 guests

What about a larger group of, for instance, 80 to 300 delegates?

Your objective is to communicate a new product range or company information to staff or invited clients. There is a need for a number of meeting sessions but also the opportunity to network.

Before the trip: We can arrange for gifts or postcards to be sent to your delegates in the days leading up to the trip with teasers of what they will be expecting. We can also arrange for a separate check-in desk to be available at the airport.

Day One

Guests arrive and are transferred to their hotel. That afternoon a range of activities are available to choose from such as golf, scuba diving, abseiling, jet skiing, Island excursions or a chance to test your nerve on our local high ropes adventure course. Alternatively, a guided tour at the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust will provide a fascinating insight into the Trust’s ongoing work with endangered species.

That evening your guests are invited to the tranquil setting of La Mare Wine Estate. Enjoy a tour of the vines, followed by drinks and canapés on the lawns, next to the 18th century granite farmhouse. Then prepare for a medieval jousting dinner in a themed marquee, organised by one of the Island’s event companies.

Pillow gift: Each guest receives a nightcap, a flagon of Apple Brandy from La Mare Vineyards.

Day two

After the day’s meeting your delegates will be taken to the Jersey Pottery where the site will be available for exclusive use. Dinner will be in the Garden Restaurant, with roving magicians and artistes, after drinks have been served around the gardens and showrooms. Or finish at the Living Legend and enjoy a go-kart grand prix.

Day three

After the day’s meeting has finished at 3.00pm, guests can be separated into small teams and then sent on an Island-wide challenge - or give your delegates a chance to pamper themselves at one of the Island’s fantastic Spas. Later that evening, guests can enjoy a themed dinner at the hotel or venue of your choice - in the past, clients have themed museums, inspired Moulin Rouge at castles and even transformed churches.

Day four

After the morning meeting guests can enjoy a buffet lunch before departure.
